DOLCETTO D'ALBA doc
Grape variety: 100% Dolcetto.
Fermentation: maceration of the skins in stainless steel for about ten days.
Ageing: not foreseen. It is normally drunk when quite young, so as to enjoy its characteristics at their best.
The colour is a deep ruby-red, with soft purplish highlights.
The aroma is winy and fruity with a recognizable cherry fragrance.
The taste is dry and nicely light bitter, full-bodied.
